Your wedding weekend is more than a single day. It is a collection of moments, gatherings, and details that should feel cohesive, intentional, and distinctly yours. From the first save-the-date to the final farewell brunch, Jenna Laine Weddings oversees the experience as a whole, allowing you to be fully present with the people you’ve gathered together.
Your experience begins with unlimited access to your Executive Planner, including ongoing meetings, communication, guidance, and our custom month-to-month planning checklist and monthly planning memos. This service also includes budget breakdown and management for all events. We manage the moving pieces, anticipate what comes next, and keep every detail progressing with purpose.
Our team develops a comprehensive design plan for the entire wedding weekend, including custom design boards, floor plans, layouts, and visual direction. We also oversee the design of your paper and printed details, creating a cohesive visual identity across your celebration—from save-the-dates and invitations to programs, weekend itineraries, menus, napkins, koozies, monograms, and other personalized details.
Guest experience is equally considered. We coordinate hotel accommodations, room blocks, guest transportation, and weekend logistics, ensuring your guests know where to be and how to get there. We can also take care of the more tactile details, including stuffing, stamping, sealing, and mailing your wedding and rehearsal dinner invitations.
Throughout the weekend, we coordinate the details that make your guests feel considered from the moment they arrive. This includes the design, coordination, assembly, and delivery of welcome gifts and weekend merchandise, as well as the thoughtful details that carry your aesthetic and hospitality throughout the entire experience.
When it comes to execution, our team manages the full wedding weekend, which may include your rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, welcome gathering, after-party, wedding day, and farewell brunch. We create detailed itineraries and timelines for you, your wedding party, and every vendor involved, ensuring that each event flows effortlessly into the next.
On the wedding weekend itself, your Executive Planner and at least one dedicated assistant are present to oversee coordination, vendor management, logistics, setup, transitions, and all of the details happening behind the scenes. Our role is to anticipate, manage, and quietly solve—so you never have to step away from the experience to ask what happens next.
